If you want to add virtual connections between 2 CPU, then right-click on free output of NOP8 FB, select 'Interconnection to address...', select 'Vitrtual connection', in drop-down list select your virtual connection name 'BXDXX0', in 'Sequence number' enter next free number (e.g. 7, 8), press Ok. On the CPU-receiver create the same virtual connections, but at inputs of FB. You need to compile and download program for both CPU's.

Yes, you can add any number of virtual connections, but remember that total size of buffer memory is 8MB.

From manual:

The number of channels can be roughly calculated according to the following equation:

● Per Refresh/Multiple channel: 150 bytes + 2 x number of user data bytes (size of the

virtual connection)

● Per Handshake/Select channel: 150 bytes + 1 x amount of user data bytes

Also try to look in HWConfig 'Module Information' for the CP which is used as buffer memory when online connected to the CPU, may be here is some info available.

 Okay sir I will check but today I have checked our CPU551 in HWconfig. Its description is showing 32 MB that why I am asking you. 

Secondly, if I send more data so is there any alarm or message provision or how can I check my memory buffer

32MB is memory of CPU551. I told you about buffer memory which is located on CP50M0/CP50M1/CP51M1/CP53M0 module. Look for CP Module Information.

From your screen I see only 6 virtual connections of real type, 6x4=24 bytes. I don't think you could achive 8MB. And if you exceed this limit I think you will get communication error on CPU ('C' on CPU dot-matrix led).

6 virtual connections is only in one chart. There are many charts. Tomorrow I will check CP module information.

Sir we have 2 stand and each stand have 4 CPU551 and I want to send data to 2nd stand CPU551 card. Also where I find configured #GLOB FB.?

Ok. We talk about different things.

Previously I told about data exchange between CPU's inside one rack via buffer memory.

Now you talk that you want transfer data from CPU in 1st rack to the CPU in 2nd rack. This is a little bit different transfer. You need to find in your program CTV FB with 'BXDXX0' at its CRT output. Look at its CTS input, here is the HW address of CP via which the data are transferred. The number of channels and data length depeds on the CP used.

 Sir I want to know one thing more when we do virtual communication with one CPU to other CPU. Which CPU needs to compile & download. Or both CPU needs to download, please reply.

You will need to compile and download both CPU's.
