Can´t get the high speed counter to work

Auto_SWE Joined: 9/22/2023 Last visit: 6/18/2025 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hardware: 24RCE As far as I can tell from the help page, inputs 3-6 have 5Khz max inputs. I can´t get the encoder to register faster than 4Hz. I have scoped the signal and no issues there. The 24RCE should have high speed inputs so what am I missing. Thank you Why make that no sense at all? The 24CE and the 12/24RCE can only work with DC power supply. The 230 RCE and the 24 RCE can work with DC or AC power supply.
