burnandreturn Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	I did try the search but didn't find what I was seeking! I have a tilting table that is now controlled by two foot pedals. I would like to have the program in the Logo function so: step on pedal, table tilts. release pedal, table cylinder extends returning table to level. I am trying to avoid using a limit switch to deactivate the return to level function. Clear as mud!

William_B Posts: 5225 Rating: (1204)	.. If the upright position is at the end of the stroke or if there is a mechanical stop, there should be no problem in using only a timer based program. If however the tilting table does not have fixed stop position, there might be an issue. Have you programmed a LOGO before? I do recommend for you NOT to use ladder diagram method. Function block diagrams are like building an electronic circuit. w

I know it is not complicated to rebuild the provided circuit but thought for future purposes it might be very useful.

Blocknumbers are changed automaticly. to use a program part in other programs you can also create an UDF. Please note that the program is not complete, you have to interlock the outputs, if i.e the pedal is released before the timer is finished you can have both outputs high. Regards, Marcjan
