 We have send all certificates. If you did no receive it they must be lost. We will send a new certificate to you if we know who else has not received the certificate.

The shipping of the remaining prices stuck, but they should be dispatched soon.

you both never fill the form for the shipping details that we send a half year ago to your email. Without this informations we are not able to send price and certificate.
The same problem was already discussed in this thread a few month ago with another user.

Me too did not receive anything.

it would have been nice to update a list of user's whose prizes has been dispatched. and also the list of the user who did not provide the address details, so that the problem would have been addressed on time.

also some tracking information for the courier would have been better.

Finnaly got my Prize last week (  Fedex Guys wanted some documents for customs , which caused the delay ) . Thanks for That. 

However I have not received the Certificates so far.

customs clearance is different in each country. In India it is associated with special papers that the recipient must provide. FedEx will contact you individually.

 Fedex sent me a KYC ( Know Your Customer ) form to be filled up. After I fill up the form and scaned and Emailed it to Fedex with copies of required documents,  received the prize in 2 days.

Me too from India. Till to date nobody from FedEx contacted me neither I received any communication. Moderator has informed me that my gift was dispatched month before. I don't know what is the problem?

Pretty sure that If I did recieve one I would certainly have filled it in and returned it.

I have recognize your request for the Tracking-ID's of your prices. I don't know them, but we have send a request to our logistic department.
I will send a personal message to each of you if we know your ID.
With this Tracking-ID you can see the status of your shipment and can start the contact to FedEx if they don't contact you.

This is only for the users who doesn't get their price. For all users who are missing their certificates, we will find a solution after this step.
