AutoGen_6297188 Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	I wanted to run an online test, but the program says "online test is not possible, circuit programs on the device and PC software are not identical" I did upload the program from PLC to PC from scratch, then tried to run the online test. After this error I initiated a comparison tool, and it showed no difference between the PLC and the program i uploaded to my PC. I repeated this procedure several times, but the result is still the same. What might be the issue here? What I am working with: Siemens LOGO! 24RCE (6ED1052-1HB08-0BA0) LSC V8.4 via Ethernet cable Attachment comparison.png (438 Downloads)

Do notice at the bottom of the page of the software. The version of the LOGO! used is specified. It is important that the correct version is specified. I have had issues that there was a miss match where some things seem to be working. Yet other things were not correct.

I go to tools>compare, connect to the PLC, it stops the PLC to get the diagram, and then the diagrams that are being compared are identical. How do I get the ONLINE version specifically? The compare tool forces me to stop the PLC... What am I doing wrong? Attachment connect.png (449 Downloads)

Please write: Which LOGO! have you exactly? Please write the complete order number and the firmware version. Which LSC version have you?

AutoGen_6297188 Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	lol we found the mistake in the diagram, downloaded the program to PLC and the online test started working.. (the mistake was in the program, that was on the PLC from the beginning, so the online testing not working was not because of it)
