I have a problem with simotion d 435:
the led status as follow
RDY : RED continuous,
RUN : Green Continuous
SF : RED continuous
DP1: Green continuums
DP2: Green continuous
when i run the system, it run a moment and gives axis error,
Could you please help me about this problem.

i checked the topology, its ok

but there is different between the actual and set topology, Please see the screenshot,

the DC Supply LED on the faulty drive still orange even if I disconnect the drive click cable,

Could you please advice me to correct the actual topology.

I am sorry for last post ( when i disconnect the drive click the of drive 12 and 13,the RDY LED of those drivesremain yellow).

I checked the parameter p105 for drive 12 and 13, it is equal 1,

I asked you kindly, what else I can do ?

I have not the original program of Simotion D, I upload this program from the device but there is no additional data installed so my program is not completed,

i am afraid to lose the original program,

when I change the P 105 values of those drives to 2 the LEDs status as follow:

Simotion D:

RDY--------> Green

RUN--------> Green

STOP------> OFF

STOPU----> OFF

SF-----------> OFF

DP1---------> Green

DP2---------> Green

for Sinamic integrated all devices OK except the drives 12 and 13 the RDY and DC LINK are Yellow

please note the drives 12 and 13 are optional then i can run the machine now,

I checked the encoders connections it is ok,

First encoder (working with 5v) connected with SMC30 the LED ( RDY -à Green, >5v off),

Second encoder ( working with 24v) connected with SMC30 ( RDY Green, >5v yellow).

Yes, When I run the motor via hand wheel the value of encoder changed, please see the screenshot,

The movement direction of the motor is counter clockwise also the encoder moves in same direction,

I am so sorry to ask you again about monitor the encoder, but really I cannot found it,

I found in the open – loop closed – loop control \ motor encoder

This value was changed during motor movement and it decreased ,

When I turn the machine by manually by hand, the encoder1 that configure in the axis d01 come from IM174,

The machine position in degree change decrementally but the sensorData.sensorData[1] changes incrementally because as you told me before ( invert manipulated value in mechanics of axis d01)

Could you please tell me how I can changes it online without install new program ( maybe via parameters), because off line program is inconsistency,

Now the value of encoder changed according to machine position,

I tried to run machine but I have the same bad situation with the same error messages (previous posts), also I tried to run the drive u1 via control panel from SIMOTION SCOUT but I have the same message with motor locked ( previous posts),

After I make inversion = -1 in the open – loop closed – loop control \ motor encoder, I can now run the drive u1 from control panel of drive only,

Do you have any new suggestion to run the machine,

Yes, I found the profibus is not completed in the HWCONFIG,

A1 the CU in SIMOTION D:

X136 connected to IM174(configured

X126 connected to CPU 319 (not configured) and 8 sinamics G120

maybe this is my problem ?
