What should change in order to get a 0,00 to 12,00 bar reading?

For the LOGO!, an error tolerance of ±1.5% from the end of the measuring range is specified for analog inputs. In your case the measuring range is 16.25 bar. Of this, 1.5% is approx. ±0.24 bar. The sensor will also have a fault tolerance.

So you only want one decimal place instead of 2 decimal places? However, this does not fix the errors. In your case, 0.1 would be displayed instead of 0.09. Maybe you want a zero point correction instead? Then you have to change the value in parameter V4 from -425 to -416.
