Hi all,

In the User Administrator section of WinCCExplorer (WinCC 7.0 + SP3 + Upd8), we have the error: 'Internal error: Error on reading PemissionLevels'

and then: 'Internal error: Project could not be opened'

It causes that clients cannot access the monitored one.

Does someone know how to solve this problem?
