I have a similar issue. I need to find out why an installation I have just inherited blows a drive unit every 12 months, as well as doing several other undesirable things. The is no password on the SINAMICS account, but ADMINISTRATOR has had one set. The company that set the system up have no record of the password. I am new to Sinamics, so please give me the ***s guide version! Wiping and starting again is not something I want to try, i need to see what is going on and work out what is wrong with it. The documentation for Sinamics is somewhat overwhelming.

there is no default PW !
The Logins are "SINAMICS" or "ADMINISTRATOR".

The access control is configured in Starter project.
Have you configure the WebServer functionality or a other person?
If a other person then please call this persion for configured Login/Password!

Hi,

I cannot help finding the password for the Webserver Admin. But maybe a hint from my side: What do you expect you want to do with the Admin Webserver Access? 
I would rather download the STARTER software, get the project and go online with the drive via STARTER. In my opinion you have much more possibilities for diagnosis this way. For STARTER access you won't need a password.

Either you get the project or you just upload the drive with its configuration.
