Industrial DataBridge (7.5.1) problems with comunication with the SQL server (12.0.500.00)

Angalo Member Joined: 5/25/2018 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We are facing a problem with the IDB program where we use the Wincc OLEDB as the provider and the SQL server as the consumer to transfer data from the SCADA to the SQL SERVER. The data transfer takes place for a few days and then it stops without any warning or error message. IF SOMEONE CAN GIVE US SOME ADVICE WHERE WE MIGHT BE GOING WRONG BECAUSE WE WANT TO LEAVE THIS IDB RUNTIME RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY.

You should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computers. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Service Request, and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemens.
