Hi

If drive V60 or V70 during working <S4> show  it means that drive is not in state (operation), machine stop because Enable signal is missing

So check the (related) encoder/motor Position,cable or connection. during spindle or axes movement create malfunctioning.also if spindle cause then check the position of sensor position may be loose or near to pulley

Therefore 25201 alarm display

I have sinumerik 808D milling , i am facing a issue with my Y Axis  drive that is V60, Alarm 25201 display on screen when i switch on my machine. Alarm tittle  is Y drive fault. plz help me out.

F25010 is drive fault, so please check Y axis drive display when the fault trigres. It will help for further diagnosis. Please attach the snap shot of OP screen & drive display screen so that forum mebers can help you quickly & correctly.
