 Thanks for the prompt response Raman.  I occasionally get the following error messages number below. After multiple reboot it will eventually run all day without any problem that's why I'm guessing the controller is at fault.  Thanks again.

1. 3000 Emergency stop

2. 300300 Axis X1 drive 1 boot error

3. 26100 Axis X1 sign of life drive 1 missing

Note below think

1. Replace drive bus cable on control board .x1  if not then Card

2.resrore dp or drive backup and NC backup on machine.

My problem was slove with replace drive bus cable 

It would be helpful 

 Updates.  Replaced my control card with version D and my error 2 and 3 went away! Yes!! This has been driving me nuts! Just need to figure out the error 3000 Emergency stop.

 Thanks for your quick response Raman. I'll try to understand/follow the document you've sent, but my lack of knowledge with Siemens control can be a bit of a problem for me. Let me try to explain the error 3000 below, now that the other two error now solve.

  I get the error 3000 Emergency Stop message when I start my CNC mill, this is before I do any referencing of Z,Y, and X. My process are, I power up the machine and wait few minutes, I then press the reset button to clear the 3000 Emergency stop message then I press the "+" and select axis to reference. There are days that the 3000 emergency stop error doesn't show, I then reference the machine without pressing the reset button.
