Does anyone know why the WinCC Tag show "N/A"

- PLC DB already downloaded 

- WinCC Tag Address is correct

If yes check the diagnostic fileC:\Siemens\WinCC\Diagnose\SIMATIC_S7_Protocol_Suite_...LOG

Refer to the attachment, the others tag are health with the same PLC.

The PLC is using 416H and I checked the netpro and PLC connection are in normal.

It is still have error, even I created a internal tag.

Is WinCC has some problem?

If you have the error also on internal tags, check if the error appears also from a new project.

If not close the project and delete the dcf file from project directory

How do you delete the DCF file of your WinCC project?

What exact WinCc Version you use ? What update ? Check from the update history if there are any modifications.
