Hi,

I'm looking for a variable speed drive for regulate the speed of a motor which drives a fan.

Regulation according to the room temperature.

With multiple temperature ranges, example :

- 10​ to 20 °C : motor off
- 21 to 30 °C : Motor 40%
- 31 to 40 °C : Motor 60%
- 40 + °C : Motor 100%

​Can we make that with a G120X and a Pt100 sensor ?

This would require the sensor configured to be either 4/20ma or 0/10 Volts, and there is even a configuration Macro available for PID control.

P and I control will provide this, Derivative leave out.

You appear to want fixed motor speeds, as above; the PI control can be configured to regulate at a fixed temperature, provided it is within the range of the fan unit that is.

so if I take a Pt100 sensor 4-20ma on AI0+ and AI0-, I could configure with macro the PI ?

I don't need a logo or something else ?

The input to the PI controller P2253 = r752.

I have constructed this many times with Micromaster, V20 and G120, and it works well, what I have highlighted above looks right, but I have not been able to use the Pt100 or N1000 sensor with the G120X.

If someone could comment on this it would help confirm this enquiry.
