Has enyone solved this problem?? I've got the same one.

I am using TIA15 and TP1200 Comfort panel.

Just send to HMI message/alarm as string variable on HIGH STATE and empty string as going to LOW STATE.

This is simple.

I "solved" this by using individual events at each discrete alarm, instead of the global email at each alarm class. So instead of assigning an email in the "E-mail address" column of the "Alarm classes" tab, I went to each alarm in the "Discrete alarms" list and created an event, which you can specify as incoming/outgoing/acknowledged, etc. You can then specify the subject, body text, etc, for each alarm.

While this was quite a bit more cumbersome for me to setup, this actually worked better for my project in the end.
