Question about data logs

I have managed to log analog variable and I get textual file with records. That file, among other things, contains column labeled Time_ms. It also contains Time stamp (date and time in hh:mm:ss). However I cannot understand correlation between these two. Time in sec is something like this: 39195363852,3495 39195363863,9236 .... and similar, while time string is in format: 20.4.2007 8:43:58 Please, can anyone explain what Time ms really means? It is not time in miliseconds, because each record is written after 1 sec. What is Time ms? Thanks
