Consistency in data logging.

Raghav Advanced Member Joined: 8/30/2007 Last visit: 8/11/2025 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	In winccflex 2005, we have data logging with acquisition mode of 'Cyclic continuous' & logging cycle of '1 min'. According to setting(as shown in the attachment),data should be logged at every minute at oo sec (eg. 2/7/2008 15:42:00,2/7/2008 15:43:00,2/7/2008 15:44:00, 2/7/2008 15:45:00 etc). But in database,data get logged randomly (as show in the attachment).Pls advise / suggest a remedy for consistent logging of tag values. Attachment Qry.zip (173 Downloads)

Thijs Posts: 121 Rating: (16)	I had a topic about this a wile ago. Solved by using the PLC the create a DB with all data and a timestamp. Used WinCC flex to copy the data to a log. This way I was able to create a log more constantly. I'm off the the job for more than a year. Don't know what the status is right now.
