ET 200eco PN: CM8 x IO-Link... option handling?

I am using the device ET 200eco PN; CM8 x IO-Link + DI4 x DC24V M12-L 8x M12 (6ES7 148-6JG00-0BB0), firmware 1.0 in TIA Portal V16. I would need to manage the option handling to enable / disable some IO-Link ports based on the devices mounted in the machine. I tried with Data Record 128, but it doesn't work. The local Siemens technician told me that on this device it is not possible to do this operation. Does anyone have different information or can tell me how to proceed to manage unconnected IO-Link devices? I thought of disabling the port to which the device is connected, but maybe you can also act on "IO-Link side". I'm not very experienced with IO-Link I am using it for the first time these days.
