I have some issues with the used MP370, it has preinstalled Zenon, I would like to remove Zenon licence and install WinCC.

Unfortunately when I try to restore the Siemens app through Pro save to SD card, nothing happened. also when the panel is booting, it doesn't have a popup window with the transfer, also I didn't find it installed on the system.

I download Loader from another panel and put the path to the location, but when I put some .exe file cat access to it.

Is it possible somehow to restore the panel to factory settings?

Hello,

I try a few times, on a few different notebooks, but the result is the same, can't reach the HMI.

Before being disabled, the HMI was in working condition.. I tried with Ethernet, Serial, MPI, WinCC ...

Ping is ok, on MPI communication, the MPI LED on the converter doesn't blink.. always is ON. 

No idea, maybe a stupid question, can the download work if is no Transfer mode on the panel?
