VIPA CPU314 C 2 DP SF LED is remains ON when I power up the machine. CPU turns to normal working condition when I restart the power once or twice.

Edit: The date mentioned in the Diagnose report is year 2014 but I verified this is the current alarm. Could someone please look into the issue in attached diagnostic report? Thanks. If you need how to configure the VIPA in Step7 then you must go to the VIPA Support Sites. Thanks you
