I recommend that you check the active processes in the task manager and I also recommend Try changing settings of SIMATIC Workstation (set to Single station/user) as follows:

In the Windows Control Panel, go to the Simatic Workstation.

(For the latest versions of windows, search 'control panel' in the Paramaters section of windows, and the old windows control panel appears)

Hi Hasan,

please also check if the latest version of V5.6 + servicepack 2 + hotfix 9 is used.

Especially, with STEP 7 classic using the latest version often fixes several messages while starting the software.

Maybe this can help in this case, too.
