Simatic NET V7.1 XP to W10

I would like to migrate to W10. Could you please tell me which version of Simatic net and licence should I get ? To I need to migrate project file as well ? Here is below the software installed into the PC.

If you use a WinCC V7 for example then there would be a suitable SIMATIC NEt Version in the Upgrade package that fits to modern OS and the specific WinCC Version. Bye Murof
