I have in project DB7. The DB7 is share and contains information about production parts - their type number and where (on which position) are placed. Information means number of rack, line and column in the rack and so on. We call it as Supermarket.

please provide more information on your function block post the function block itself.

How is the function block working? Are there pointers calculated and used? Or is the function block trying to copy the data block content into the local data? This is limited to 32 768 byte.

I'm afraid that the pointers are used (sorry I´m not expert of STL programming)

But, Stefan, when you write that max 32 kb is for the pointer working, why simulation on PC is working with complete DB7 ?
