I am working in Simatic WinCC v7.4.0

I am doing some VBS scripting to create a Excel file with multiple sheets (4 in numbers)where i can store the tags value..

Currently, i am successful in creating excel file with single sheet and writing the tag value on certain action is accomplished.
For creating others sheets i have tried the standard method for adding sheets

Sheets.Add Count:= 4
But when i check syntax it says Expected Statement in Line.

I have also tried the method

ActiveWorkbook.Sheets.Add Before:=ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets(ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets.Count)

But same message keeps coming

Last i tried 
Sheets.Add.Name = sheet2 
for adding a single sheet, Syntax check showed No error but when i run my wiincc file. 
GSC diagnostic shows error Subscript out of range.

My whole code for file creation is as mentioned below.
Please do suggest what addition should i make to create 4 excel sheets in a file.
