I Need some Suggestion and Help Regarding Siemens Smart 1000 HMI

6AV6648-0EC11-3AX0.

We are Facing a Basic Issue in The HMi When we Shut Down the Machine our HMI Wen at first Position and it has reset the Date and Time at 90/1/1/ 00:00

and our Machine has stopped the operation.

My Question is that is there any Battery/Cell (Like PC Mother Board) for memory or Bios?

If yes, then how I can Check its Health?

Also, we have lost its Setting Manual for Basic Parameter Setting Like Date Time Setting etc.

Can anyone help me to find the Solution for it or can Provide me the path for RIGHT Forum for Discussion?
