Try to web search the following: "SIMATIC STEP 7 and WinCC V15.1 TRIAL Download" site:siemens.com Siemens has increased the security on their support sites. The support site needs to know verify where the connection is coming from. Some political regions are blocked from connecting to these support pages. There is also the matter of European export restrictions. The TOR BROWSER for example will give an error. Try a garden variety browser or a less security blocking setting for the "siemens.com" domain. (I assume you have already cleared the cache of your browser.) It is pure guessing that you are blocked. Regardless, the volunteers manning this forum is not able to help beyond these notes. Please contact Siemens by using the "Support Request" for further help. They would also be able to supply V15.0 if you need that instead of V15.1.
