This is a new project I am going to do for my company, but first I need advice from my friends for  the technical possibility of this project.

Scenario:

I have a production line which is divided into three zones(1,2,3). Each zone has each plc's (S7 300)and separate Scada systems(Wonderware).These 3 PLC's are connected in a network.

So now what I am going to do is put a separate PC in my office and install a new S7-1500 PLC with OPC UA functionality. So I want to transfer all the data blocks of  these 3 PLC's into this new S7-1500 PLC and make  this PLC as the server.

Now from the new PC installed at my office I will connect to this S7-1500 PLC as a client and get all the data from these 3 PLCs. So that I can use these data's for various purposes like Report creation and dashboard creation and also real time machine information and also maybe I can connect to IOT.(These are the various possibilities) 

So now I want to know the practicality of this project. Is it possible to do this project using these OPC UA server Functionality in S7-1500 plc. If yes, can I transfer all the data blocks from these 3 plc's to S7-1500 plc using GET/PUT functionality. Does this cause the PLC to get hang. because in each PLC there are more than 100DB's

Or is there any other better way to do this.

for your suggested solution you would have to transfer all data from DBs to the S7-1500.

Another way would be to use a Simatic Net OPC UA Server. here you would not need a S71500 PLC.

As you said If I want to transfer all the DBs to S71500 PLC, Is it possible using a get/put block. because I have more than 500 DBs used in a single plc, so I have to use 500 times this get/put block right?

this is the case of only one plc, I have a lot more. So will it support these much Get/Put instructions. Is there any limit to it?
