I have done that before. I think the only way is to reinstall windows because it's related to dll files |

By removing the ProjectOpened.lck file in project folder, it resolved my issue of "this action is not possible because project xx is open on computer" error. Thanks. |

Try to find "projectopened.lck" file in your wincc project file directory and delete it . |
