which version have the Panel in you TIA Project?

you should download this package (all files):

then start the exe and after that the setup. then the image files should be in this folder:

C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V18\Data\Hmi\Transfer\17.0\Images\CP_7_9

(V17 is correct because the newest image is a v17 one)
