Alarm history not showing up

AutoGen_6748415 Member Joined: 4/6/2021 Last visit: 8/15/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Panel: MTP1500 Unified Comfort Firmware: V18.0.0.1 Bootloader: V09.00.00.00_01.07.01.02 Background: We have 3 HMI's, those hmi's are indentical (hardware, firmware), only one hmi project is used for all HMI's. So IP and Device name are set on divice and we can download the indentical HMI project to every device. We are using program alarms in our PLC. Normally if we use the alarm control we don't have to configure anything in de HMI or the device settings. The problem: Alarm history is only showing up on one of the HMI's and not on the other HMI's. Siemens support can't help me at the moment with an fix, maby some other peaple have the same problem here?

Are these three panels connected to the same PLC or are they each connected to a different PLC? Which HMI is displaying the alarm history? Is it the one that matches your project configuration? If so, have you ever tried to change the configuration to match one of the other two? And if you do, does the behavior of the other device change? Do you have alarm persistency enabled on your panel? I would recommend testing without alarm persistency. The only improvement I can recommend with my current knowledge of your problem is to use the current panel image (currently V18.0 Upd. 2.1).
