Hi Helical Automation, Although it appears that you have not had the best experience with Siemens Technical Support, I would recommend that you report your problems to them by creating a support request. You must remember that without user feedback there will be no improvement. Believe me, I have done many downloads of WinCC Unified Comfort Panels as well as WinCC Unified PC Runtime / Simulation without experiencing what you have described. In particular, your problems with the partially running runtime indicate to me that there may be a problem within your project that should be investigated further. Incidentally, I used the Certificate Manager once just to see what it could be used for, but I was never forced to use it. Kind regards |
