I open faceplate by function: OpenFaceplateInPopup

How can I set background color of popup window? For example when I set Widht and Height for the Popup, but faceplate inside is smaller than popup. Then I see background color of faceplate in area of faceplate size and the rest of the popup is transparent. If the faceplate size is greater than poup ten only area of scrollbars is transparent.

How can I turn of transparency of empty popup?
