I'm trying to apply an update to an installation of SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced V15.1. I run SIMATIC_WinCC_Runtime_Advanced_V15_1_Upd7.exe downloaded from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109763890 but the installer says "Failed prerequisites: WinCC Runtime Advanced V15.1 Upd7 requires WinCC Runtime Advanced V15.1 as installation requirement. System is unable to locate this version on the computer." |
