Hi all, I have a CPU1214C (6ES7 214-1BG40-0XB0), I checked the online & diagnoses to check the software version and firmware and it shows that v13 and firmware 4.1.3. so, i downloaded the tia portal v13 sp2 to take backup from the PLC. but, it shows the error, " the hardware configuration was created and downloaded with an incompatible version of step7.could not upload hardware configuration." I need to take the backup from plc. I also using the same version shows in online & diagnosis. I checked for SP1 software but it not available now. How to take backup from that unit.
