I want to open a faceplate from another faceplate click event. I want to pass one of the variables in UDT which has been used as the tag interface of the faceplate to the title of the faceplate pop-up. How can I do it?

If you set the interface name of the UDT in the second faceplate equal to interface name of the first faceplate, the UDT will be passed automatically.

May I know what's the script to call the interface?

 To use a tag of tag interface you can do the same way of a regular tag

Tags("NameOfTheTag).Read();
Tags("NameOfTheTag).Write(valueToBeWritten);

But as @MindFlayer said, you have to declare it the same way at both faceplates
