Dear AlMajidi, Good to meet you here: it looks like your CLS has two issues. The one is about the wrong driver for the USB-Dongle, the second is about something wrong in the license file. The best thing to do would be to open a ticket, would that be possible? While doing so, please send them a compressed copy of the "Data" directory (the whole directory, from the installation path) of the affected CLS. Please connect the USB-Dongle to the CLS, to the ComosLicenseServer and run the tool from COMOS: Dongle.exe You will find it in the "Bin" directory of COMOS, there, where you have installed it. Click on the "Test Dongle" button, wait a moment, create a screenshot of that window and send it to the support for your ticket. Also important, please check the sticker on the Dongle and confirm for the support the ID of the Dongle you have, to be sure. In case you have further information or questions, even suggestions for them, let them know. I am sure that they will manage to solve your issue very fast in deed. ====> As an alternative, you may have a look into this FAQ.
