"Unable to Connect to Remote Device" Error. LOGO!

NoviceUserEst2019 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello! I've been having issues connecting to my LOGO!. I keep getting the same error after adding an IP address to my computer which reads "Unable to connect to Remote Device". After looking around some forums, I believe it has to do with my version of LOGO! soft comfort. I am currently using V8.1.1 and I believe I need 8.3 to be able to connect to this device. My question is, how do I go about updating my software? Kind Regards, Dillan Nelson

You can download the update file at the following link: Download for LOGO! 8.3 Software Upgrade I hope you find it useful!

Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?
