6ED1052-1FB08-0BA1: The hardware type of LOGO! in LOGO!Soft Comfort does not match with that of the connected LOGO! device

JDB8 Member Joined: 1/2/2018 Last visit: 1/19/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	i have 5 running logo! devices already for years 4Relay,10A input 8AC/DC AC/DC 115-240V i bought at about the same year, some 4 years ago a 6th logo! but it was in the closet. 6ED1052-1FB08-0BA1 they are all the same type of LOGO! i was running fine on software version 8.2 with these 5 logo's. i used v8.2 but i was not able to upload/download a program for the sixth logo which i try to put in production next to the 5 running ones. After upgrading to v8.3, it was not a problem to upload/download a program. strange, but thanks to old tickets i saw that this was a solution, and indeed it is. i still have a problem doing an online test, it says: online test failed. The hardware type of LOGO! in LOGO!Soft Comfort does not match with that of the connected LOGO! device. How do i match that please ? tell it please in a very simple way, with screenshots if possible with online settings, i see , firmware version: 1.83.01 the older already long running logo! showed version 1.81.03, hardware type LOGO!8.FS4 after uploading/downloading again i could see that it changed the version to LOGO!8.3 between brackets [], then i was able to do an online test ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Online test failed with LOGO! 8-0BA0 and Logosoft V8.3.

If the wrong Logo is selected in the LSC, this error message appears.Even if parameter values such as time values, fixed values in arithmetic functions or start values of counters, etc. do not match, an online connection cannot be established. A tip for this: Switch the Logo to stop.-> Download the program from the Logo.-> Start the online connection in the LSC, and only then start the program on the Logo.
