I have a similar problem uploading the Logo Comfort 8.4 upgrade. I have Windows 7 32 bit, I upload the 32 bit version, and every time I get an error ‘ Windows error 216 occurred while loading the Java VM ...’. I have reinstalled the system, loaded the older Java and got the same error every time. I suspect that the 32 bit installation version is corrupted. please find a version that can be installed. Hello! The first thing I would check is that you're doing all of this with admin rights.
