Problem : OS is not running (Red blink) We have referred the manual, page 60 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/109779016 No remedy is mentioned in the manual. Customer has tried to reset using RESET button, but no improvement. We also searched the procedure for Secure Boot on IOT 2000 forum, but no info. found. Please suggest steps to solve the problem.

Please have a look at the following steps: Please follow the "How to setup IOT2050 with Example Image" instructions in the forum Please use recommended tools like BalenaEtcher or Win32DiskImager for the writing-process Use a fresh image from our Download Page that fits to your fw-version -> Example Image 1.1.1 is compatible with the most FW-versions and devices -> We recommend using the latest image V1.4.4 with the latest firmware version V1.4.4 (How to FW Upgrade V1.4.x) Not all SD cards work smooth with the IOT2050: We recommend using SDHC class 10 cards with ~32GB (for example SanDisk Ultra) - i remember someone reported an issue with Samsung Evo cards resulting in a red stat LED Additional you can connect the IOT2050 via DisplayPort or Serial Port to get more detailed logs to your startup problem. Please provide these logs if the above mentioned steps will not help you. BR

After a few seconds of turning on the equipment the STAT LED turns red and there is no way to change it.Using example_image_v1.1 via SD, via USB, using Win disk imager, there is no way. I connected a monitor to DP cable, there is no signal. Even with the red LED I tried to connect via ethernet but there is no response. On the other hand, I have noticed that the computer heats up, could it be a hardware failure, how can I evaluate it? Thanks for any suggestions, J.
