Brand new to Seimens 840d - Need help!

AutoGen_3406315 Joined: 1/16/2025 Last visit: 3/6/2025 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	We are new to running a Seimens 840D on a DMG CLX 450 TC after only having Haas' and are working on having a post processor created for it (dont ask me why it doesnt exist already!) This is a simple fixture plug for our first job and I've attached a screenshot with the identifying engraving suppressed and removed. We had an alarm for "Wait for speed of master spindle c4" that went away after toggling in/out of the program 3 times. It is still present in our example program that does a subspindle grab. We now have an alarm for T14 about radial wear (Channel 1: Block 176 danger of collision due to tool radius compensation) Could someone put this code through their simulator or look at it and see whats wrong?
