Iam facing the same problem after upgrade the firmware from v 18.4.2 to v 18.4.3 

And I activate the web server user and enable all web and guest 

And have a new problem  with connect the logo to wincc RT advanced 

Or using the logo module as modbus  device 

I think all communication are stopped working
