Hello, I'm currently experiencing nuisance 30078 errors (Power unit: defective fan or line reactor has overheated) on 0.75kW S210 drives, even when the shaft isn't rotating. We've installed and declared external braking resistors, but nothing works. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

I had same problem,i get A30048 alarm,but i think the fan is good

Hi there! Today I gt the same fault 30078. I tried to restore inverter S210 to factory setting and even after that I got the same fault on differents motors power.

How to fix this? Any idea?

Which type of drive you are using, the order number of the drive?(6SL5…..)

what is the length of OCC cable you are using?

Hello, We tried many solutions, such as changing the firmware and installing braking resistors, without success. Finally, Siemens replaced all 24 drives under warranty. Serial numbers from T-T36086931 to T-T36101886.
