I have an old Logo PLC and the upload will start but stops just before the end with no error.

Can this be sofved with Logo version 7?

There's no download for LSC V7.x.

I also don't think LSC V7.x will fix your problem.

Yes they are.  I can connect to the Logo and start the upload to the PC, see a bar with the status that the upload is running, but it ends without a fault.

Can you please upload your LSC programm as a ZIP file.

Sorry I cannot. That is our issue. We like to back up the PLC. 

The supplier of the machine is not existing anymore.  

We just see that we can read the program in the HMI of the logo but that is a lot of work 😊.

I can go online and see al settings and info so that seems ok.

Are there other ways to read the program?

It is also possible to save the LOGO! program to an SD card.
The SD card must be formatted with FAT12, FAT16, or older FAT32.
However, there are restrictions: The maximum capacity is 8 GB and the maximum is Class 6, so it must be an older SD card.
