Are you going to use OPC with any V20 Portal projects? If the answer is NO, you should be able to safely ignore it. Otherwise, you may want to search these forums, this support site FAQS for information related to OPC install failure on V20. Or, submit a Support Request -> Create new request for Siemens Support. I would be willing to guess you could launch V20 and do everything you want - except possibly something related to OPC.
