TD200 + S7 200 flashing "s"

There are some values on the TD200 that should be set up by the opeator.but I cant set them.you know ,non of the keys on the TD200 works.Just a flashing "S" is displaye in the left bottom of display!!!! All suggestion and recommendation welcommed. Regards
