I need to know if we have a "master" station (CPU313C-2DP) and I want to connect to a three "slave" stations (again CPU313C-2DP) by using TIM's modules & MD3 modems. My question is, if I want to configure a star connection between the "master" &"salves", how many TIM's & MD3's I have to configure in the "master" station. I do appreciate your support. J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Dear Tomy, well... actually it depends. With dial up modems, no leased lines, you may have one to the number of modems you need to connect to all you stations. It mostly depends actually on the number of phone lines you have. Usually your TIM calls one remote station after the other, depending on the need for data to be collected or sent. From my point of view one is really sufficient... but I do not know how the technical needs or circumstances are at your site. Best regards J_Bell
