I have problems with the ET-200 and Modbus

Colombian1976 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi there I would like to know what I am doing wrong, so any feedback is more than welcome. I am using aET-200 1SI Modbus/USS as master to talk to Goyen Emission Monitor (Modbus RTU Slave).As far as I understand I need to use FB3 S_SEND and FB2 S_RCV functions, so I have already set them up in my code, What I do not understand is How I should send the Message Structure, I know that in the manual it says that the message structure is made of: Slave Address Function Code Data CRC Check Where abouts in the FB3 S_SEND do I have to set up the Slave address, function code, data and CRC Check?? and I know that FB81 S_MODB is used when there is a Slave Modbus, is that function only limited to a ET-200 as a slave? or I can use it with any 3rd party Modbus device? Well, any help is more than welcome, if anybody has an example or application that is done about Modbus (ET-200 as Master and a NON Siemens device as Slave) I would appreciate it!!! cheers
