Analog input module EM 231 problem

I'm have a Analog input module 6ES7 231-OHC22-OXAO connected to an S7-200 and is not getting the correct reading at all.The analog signal is an loop powered signal. I try to do the analog input calibration that is on the S7-200 and no results. When I send 4 mA to the the reading on the PLC input is around 12640 at 8 mA the reading is around 25224 at 12mA is -27690 at 16 mA is -15064 and at 20mA is -2400. I check the connecctions with the manual and should be ok 24V to the sensor returning to the (A+) terminal and jumper that to the (A) and to close the loop the (A-) to the 0V. Any body have an idea what can be the problem. Thanks

Try to do the following: 1- Check up wiring (try to ground one side of the shielded connection) 2- Check up dip switch configuration. 3- If the signal still oscillating, try to use signal conditioner and filter. Have luck Tomy.
