Limited PID control

pedjaremote Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	HI all! I try to explain my problem. In situation on Pic1, tehnology request for minimum boiler power is 30%. Vhen is valve closed, PID 1 regulate temperature, and power go down. If PID1 requesting for example 1sec work/10 sec pause for M, how I can additionaly limit work time to 3 sec (for 30% min power)? In this situation, over temperature regulate PID 2,with additional water cooler. Set point is always 120 C. I'm sorry for my english, I hope that is clear. Attachment Pic1.JPG (197 Downloads)

pedjaremote Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	Just for understanding: Practicly,I need to limit pulse time. (In PID for S7 300/400 we have parameter "Minimum pulse time") I need exactly this, for S7 200 PID.
